Returns and Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes ordering items that require sizing online can be difficult. For this reason we have a generous and easy 14 day exchange and return policy for our braces and products. If you ever receive an item from Hat Trick Sports, LLC that you are not completely satisfied with or does not fit as expected, you can return it for a refund or exchange. (*Refund does not include shipping fees previously paid, or return shipping to us unless we have made an error on your order or you have received a defective product. Hat Trick Sports, LLC may at their discretion impose a 20% restocking fee on returned items).

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us at Sales@Hat-Trick-Sports.com immediately after your package arrives for a return authorization claim number. To return an item, send the product back in its original unused condition, with all original packaging and tags intact within 14 days of receiving it, and your money will be promptly refunded or credit issued. Hat Trick Sports, LLC under no condition will accept returns of clothing, orthopedic braces, or sports medicine supplies if they have been worn or used. Items are inspected upon return and if they are dirty, used, or missing original packaging inserts the return will not be accepted.

To Place a Return, Refund, or Exchange Request:

1. Please send us an email prior to returning the item describing the reason you are unhappy and returning the product. You will then be issued a return authorization (RMA) claim number.
2. Next, safely repackage all returned items and include your name, order number, reason for the return or exchange, and if you would like a Hat Trick Sports, LLC credit, replacement/ exchange item (if available), or return of your payment. For exchanges please include the new size you need.
3. Please carefully repackage all items you wish to return in original packaging with all inserts and send to,
