Money order payments may delay shipment of your order, as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise. Please allow an additional 7-14 business days for arrival of your merchandise if paid for by money order. Sales Taxes

Hat Trick Sports, LLC shall automatically charge and withhold any applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses located within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Hat Trick Sports, LLC holds a valid tax license in the state of Pennsylvania, and sales tax will be applied to orders as applicable under Pennsylvania state laws and regulations. Shipping Information

Hat Trick Sports, LLC ships most items through the US Postal Service, FedEx, and UPS. The price you pay for shipping on items ordered from Hat Trick Sports, LLC is a true shipping and packaging cost and will be added to your order during the cart checkout process. Costs reflect the actual cost of shipping and packaging items you order. At Hat Trick Sports, LLC we make every effort to make the total cost of items you order including shipping, below prices you will pay for the same item at a local mall or sports store. Additional fees may apply to orders shipped internationally or outside the continental United States. International orders may also be subject to customs and importation fees imposed by your home country. These additional fees are not included in your quoted purchase or shipping price and may be due by the package recipient at the time of delivery. Return / Refund Policy

If you ever receive an item from Hat Trick Sports, LLC that you are not completely satisfied with, you can return it for a refund (does not include shipping fees previously paid, or return shipping unless we have made an error on your order or you have received a defective product. Hat Trick Sports, LLC may at their discretion impose a 20% restocking fee on returned items). Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us at Sales@Hat-Trick-Sports.com immediately after your package arrives for a return authorization claim number. To return an item, send the product back in its original unused condition, with all packaging and tags within 14 days, and your money will be promptly refunded or credit issued. Hat Trick Sports, LLC will not accept returns of clothing, hats, orthopedic braces, or sports medicine supplies if they have been worn or used. Please send an email prior to returning the item describing the reason you are unhappy and returning the product. You will then be issued a return authorization claim number. Next, safely repackage all returned items and include your name, reason for the return, and if you would like a Hat Trick Sports credit, replacement item (if available), or return of your payment.
