|  | Use the BOSU® Balance Trainer to improve your all around fitness. The BOSU® is similar to an exercise ball that is cut in half. With the ball side down you can work on upper body strengthening, push-ups, and core development exercises. Flip the device over and it becomes an excellent closed-chain cardio tool to perform lunges, quick jumps, leaps, and aerobic exercises. The ball side is also an excellent abdominal, low back, and core stability trainer.
